R-�baj— C) 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CLARK DIETZ INC.TO PROVIDE FINAL DESIGN SERVICES <br /> FOR THE BRUSH COLLEGE AND REAS BRIDGE LIFT STATION AND <br /> FORCEMAIN <br /> CITY PROJECT 2020-06 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement to provide final design services for <br /> the Brush College and Reas Bridge lift station and forcemain,presented to the Council herewith <br /> as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and Clark Dietz Inc., and the <br /> same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
