RESOLUTION NO. d <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE SHARING OF CERTAIN COSTS RELATED TO THE PAVEMENT <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF NELSON BOULEVARD IN DECATUR,ILLINOIS,BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS AND THE DECATUR PARK DISTRICT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement for the sharing of certain costs related <br /> to the pavement improvement of Nelson Boulevard in Decatur,IL, between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois and the Decatur Park District whereby they may share services and expenses,presented <br /> to the Council, as Exhibit A,herewith be,and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
