RESOLUTION NO. -13 0 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY ARCHER DANIELS MIDLAND COMPANY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD OVER FARIES PARKWAY AND THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILROAD TRACKS CITY PROJECT 2009-33 SECTION 09-00933-01-BR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the Mayor, City Manager, or their authorized designee, are authorized to execute the documents relating and necessary to acquire the following described property: Parcel 32a: Parcel 04-13-08-103-001, 04-13-08-103-002, 04-13-08-103-003 & 04-13-08-103-004 The West 90 feet of Lot Twenty-Six (26) and the West 80 feet of Lots Twenty-Seven(27), Twenty-Eight(28) and Twenty-Nine(29) all of Westlake 2nd Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, Illinois,per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 591 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and described as follows: Commencing at an Illinois Department of Transportation Vault found at the northwest corner of Section 8, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian per Monument Record recorded as Document 1894076 of the records aforesaid; thence, along bearings reference to the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System,NAD83 (2011 Adjustment), East Zone, South 0 degrees 03 minutes 53 seconds East 932.77 feet, along the west line of said Section 8,to the intersection of the westerly extension of the south right of way line of East Olive Street,per said Book 335, Page 591,with said west line; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 17 seconds East 31.33 feet, along said westerly extension of said south right of way line, to an iron pipe found at the northwest corner of said Lot Twenty-Six (26) and the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 87 degrees 46 minutes 17 seconds East 90.00 feet along the south right of way line of East Olive Street,per said Book 335, Page 591; thence South 0 degrees 12 minutes 45 seconds East 100.00 feet to the south line of said Lot Twenty-Six(26); thence South 87 degrees 46 minutes 17 seconds West 10.00 feet along said south line; thence South 0 degrees 12 minutes 45 seconds East 300.00 feet to the south line of said Lot Twenty-Nine (29); thence South 87 degrees 46 minutes 17 seconds West 80.00 feet, along said south line, to the east right of way line of Brush College Road, per said Book 335, Page 591; thence North 0 degrees 12 minutes 45 seconds West 400.00 feet, along said east right of way line, to the Point of Beginning.
