2021 Local Motor Fuel Tax <br /> Street Improvement Project <br /> City Project 2021-25 <br /> February 11, 2021 <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> TO PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> 2021 LOCAL MOTOR FUEL TAX <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2021-25 <br /> DATED FEBRUARY 11,2021 <br /> AD-1-1 NOTICE <br /> ' 1.01 This Addendum No. 1 dated February 11, 2021, to the Plans, <br /> Specifications and Contract Documents for the above captioned <br /> project, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information of the <br /> ' above mentioned bid proposal documents, which are hereby <br /> supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> ' AD-1-2 BID PROPOSAL <br /> 2.01 Insert the attached pre-bid meeting sign-in sheet and meeting <br /> minutes from the Pre-Bid Meeting on February 3, 2021. <br /> 2.02 Pages 18-20 from the Bid Proposal shall be wed and replaced <br /> with the attached pages. These reflect changes to quantities. <br /> rAD-1-3 SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> ' 3.01 Pages 61-64 from the Special Provisions shall be mmeved and <br /> replaced with the attached pages. These reflect the addition of SP- <br /> 10, Catch Basin to be Adjusted. <br /> AD-1-4 DESIGNS. DETAILS,AND STANDARD DRAWINGS <br /> 4.01 Sheets 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 20, 23, and 32 from the Designs, <br /> Details, and Standard Drawings shall be eved and replaced <br /> with the attached sheets. Sheet 33 shall be reineved. These reflect <br /> ' changes to quantities on Nelson Blvd, as well as the addition of a <br /> catch basin adjust on Prairie St. <br /> 4.02 Add City of Decatur Standard 3044 to the Standard Drawings. <br />
