That the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) Subrecipient <br /> Agreement for the FY21, between the City of Decatur Illinois, and Richland Community <br /> College, as fiscal agent for Project READ for Adult Education Training related activities be, <br /> and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
