Appendix B <br /> City of Decatur <br /> CDBG Program Schedule for Reporting <br /> Programs that run from April 2021 calendar year will submit program and financial reports on a <br /> monthly schedule. This includes grant reports and payments. Reports are due by the 15'of <br /> each month for the prior month. Payments are contingent upon completion of the <br /> environmental review, execution of the SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT, Notice to Proceed, and <br /> receipt of program and financial reports, as well as source documents that substantiate CDBG- <br /> funded expenditures. Once receipts and documentation are approved, reimbursements can <br /> occur. Some dates, expenses, and receipts may occur during an older period, but approved <br /> expenses will only be reimbursed once. <br /> Report Due Date Period Covered <br /> 1.
