Wood and Parkland Environmental Group, Inc. for 722 W Wood. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends approval of the attached resolutions authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of two(2)dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The commercial apartment building at 704 W. Wood,along with the property adjacent at 722 W. Wood were put out to bid <br /> individually and as a package.
