R Ka 0-4l —19 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF INNOVATION AND <br /> TECHNOLGY AND THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS FOR FIBER OPTIC <br /> NETWORK MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement for City Fiber Optic Network <br /> Fiber Management Services between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the State of Illinois <br /> Department of Innovation and Technology,presented to the City Council, as Exhibit A, <br /> herewith be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
