RESOLUTION NO. R2021- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE <br /> TERMS AND EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SPACE ON THE <br /> 2ND FLOOR OF THE DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY WITH THINKWELL <br /> MAKERSPACE INDUSTRIES, LLC <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Thinkwell Makerspace Industries, LLC is in need of space for small <br /> business training, product innovation and development, skills training, co-working/gathering <br /> space, use of specialized equipment, education programs, and ancillary offices, food service, <br /> research and related uses. <br /> Section 2.
