Anderson <br /> Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until 10:00 AM, April 7, 2021, and thereafter publicly opened and <br /> read. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROTECT: <br /> The proposed improvement is officially known as: <br /> 2021 ANNUAL WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> BAY SHORE AND GREENSWITCH AREAS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2021-10 <br /> The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: <br /> Installing water main and associated appurtenances in the Bay Shore, Greenswitch, and Rea's <br /> Bridge areas, the project has approx. 2,400 feet of 12", 8,100 feet of 8", and 5,500' of 6" <br /> Water Main. The project also includes a 24" and 20" valve replacement. <br /> The work also includes erosion control, pavement and landscape restoration, and traffic <br /> control. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> 1. A MANDATORY PRE-BID will be held by CONFERENCE CALL ONLY <br /> on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 10:00 A.M.
