RESOLUTION NO. --7 L) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF ILLINOIS JOINT PURCHASING <br /> CONTRACT HOLDER BID PRICE OF MORROW BROTHERS FORD INC. FOR THE <br /> PURCHASE OF 2021 FORD INTERCEPTOR UTILITY VEHICLES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote of the bid received for four(4) Ford 2021, Police Interceptor <br /> Utility Vehicles, Bid presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby, received, and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of Morrow Brothers Ford Inc., in the amount of$203,480, be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Morrow Brothers Ford Inc., <br /> for their price of$203,480. <br /> Section 4.
