RESOLUTION NO PZ 0-)t - (P 9 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SOURCEWELL BID PRICE FROM <br /> COE EQUIPMENT CO. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A <br /> 2022 VACTOR VACUUM EXCAVATOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sourcewell bid through Coe Equipment Co. received for one (1) <br /> 2022 Vactor Vacuum Excavator, presented herewith as Exhibit A and made part hereof be, <br /> and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price of Coe Equipment Co., in the amount of$377,901.75 be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Coe Equipment Co., <br /> for their bid price of$377,901.75. <br /> Section 4.
