RESOLUTION NO P--,)()� l <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SOURCEWELL BID PRICE <br /> FROM ALTORFER FOR THE PURCHASE OF A <br /> CATERPILLAR 926M WHEEL LOADER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sourcewell bid through Altorfer received for one (1) 2021 <br /> Caterpillar 926M Wheel Loader, presented herewith as Exhibit A and made part hereof be, <br /> and it is hereby,received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price of Altorfer, in the amount of$120,385 be accepted and a <br /> purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Altorfer, for their bid <br /> price of$120,385. <br /> Section 4.
