HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
<br /> Donnie's Homespun Pizza,Inc.,hereafter referred to as the"sponsoring agency",for itself,and its
<br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save•the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, '
<br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may
<br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property
<br /> damage, injury to, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use
<br /> of City of Decatur property, 100 Block of South Oakland Avenue,for the Oakwood Business block
<br /> parties on the following dates and times:
<br /> Saturday,August 21,2021, 12 pm through Sunday,August 22,2021, 12 am
<br /> Saturday,October 9,2021, 12 pm through Sunday,October 10,2021, 12 am
<br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers,agents,employees,and registrants.
<br /> Furthermore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party
<br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence,
<br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate,for property damage,and personal and bodily injury,including death.
<br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount
<br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided. The City of Decatur,
<br /> Illinois, must be named as additional insured on both policies for the duration of the Event.
<br /> Sponsoring agency's insurance will be primary.
