HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Decatur Lodge #401 of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the Unites States of <br /> America,hereafter referred to as the"sponsoring agency",for itself,and its successors and assigns, <br /> agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, agents, and employees <br /> harmless against any and all loss, damage,or expense that it or they may sustain as a result of any <br /> suits,actions,or claims of any character brought on account of property damage,injury to,or death <br /> of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use of City of Decatur property, <br /> 2200 Block of East Hickory Street,for Decatur Lodge#401 of the Benevolent and Protective Order <br /> of Elks of the Unites States of America Bike Night on the following date and time: <br /> Thursday,June 17, 2021 6:00 p.m.—8:00 p.m. <br /> by the sponsoring agency,its officers, agents,employees,and registrants. <br /> Furthermore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate,for property damage,and personal and bodily injury, including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
