RESOLUTION NO. f4o -w r <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF ILLINOIS JOINT PURCHASING <br /> CONTRACT HOLDER BID PRICE OF RUSH TRUCK CENTERS FOR THE <br /> PURCHASE OF TWO (2)2022 INTERNATIONAL HV507 SFA 4X2'S SINGLE AXLE <br /> DUMP TRUCKS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote of the bid received for two (2)2022 International HV507 SFA <br /> 4x2's Single Axle Dump Trucks, bid presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of Rush Truck Centers,in the amount of$304,888.22,be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Morrow Brothers Ford Inc., <br /> for their price of$304,888.22. <br /> Section 4.
