RESOLUTION NO.ILL D a( - P'' <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS TO PAY FOR <br /> AN AUTHORITY TO WORK AGREEMENT WITH AT&T TO IMPROVE <br /> THE BRUSH COLLEGE OVER FARIES PARKWAY GRADE SEPARATION <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> SECTION 09-00933-01-BR <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of$153,564 of.State Motor Fuel <br /> Tax funds for the purpose of paying the City's share of Motor Fuel Tax eligible engineering <br /> costs for the Brush College/Faries Parkway grade separation under the applicable provisions of <br /> the Illinois Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those sidewalks,streets,highways,bridges; and operations as listed <br /> and described as part of the Brush College/Faries Parkway Grade Separation project,are <br /> eligible fore-State Motor Fuel Tax-funds and-shall be designated as Section 09-00933-01-BR <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the project, <br /> submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, a certified <br /> statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s)for this project; <br /> and <br /> Section 4.
