Appendix C <br /> SUBRECIPIENT CLFRF Schedule for Reporting <br /> Program and financial reports will be submitted on a monthly schedule. This includes grant <br /> reports and payments. Reports are due by the 15th of each month for the prior month. Payments <br /> are contingent upon execution of the SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT, receipt of program and <br /> r <br /> financial reports, and source documents that substantiate CLFRF-funded expenditures!
