Monroe was put out to bid, along with ten other <br /> properties. This property was the only demolition bid that crossed the threshold for council <br /> approval. The other ten properties are: 747 E. Whitmer, Hutchins Excavating, $16,110; 974 S <br /> Belmont,JRH Services, Inc., $11,726; 345 E. Cantrell, JRH Services, Inc., $14,635; 1644 E. <br /> Clay,JRH Services, Inc., $8,250; 168 S. Hilton,Hutchins Excavating, $16,000; 969 W. King, <br /> JRH Services, Inc., $11,250; 1444 E. Prairie,JRH Services,Inc., $13,680; 232 N. 16th, Clancy <br /> Coleman Excavating, $14,860; 1042 N.
