11 ENVIRONMENTAL City of Decatur,IL �SERVICES® Naperville,IL— Water System Leak Survey Services ADS Environmental Services has been providing leak detection services in the City of Naperville since 2014. Starting in 2018, the City found it to be a better return on investment(ROI)to r�i r ti lug conduct 2 full system surveys each year. The results have (/{ been promising,with ADS finding around 59 leaks over the course of 6 surveys. The purpose of this program is to identify water loss, increase the efficiency of the distribution system and recover lost revenue and lower operating costs.The areas which are surveyed encompasses all public and private distribution mains and fire lines. ADS is required to use"state-of-the-art"leak detection equipment,and so our team is equipped with Echologics Leak Finder systems that allow for real-time leak correlations on both metallic and non- metallic pipes.
