Inspection trips are included with this proposal as follows: <br /> a. A preconstruction meeting at the Pierce factory in Appleton, Wisconsin for up to <br /> three (3) members of the purchaser is included with this proposal. <br /> b. A final delivery inspection at the Pierce factory in Appleton, Wisconsin for up to <br /> three (3) members of the purchaser is included with this proposal. <br /> C. In addition to the inspection trips, weekly photos of your apparatus in production <br /> will be sent to the committee for their review. <br /> 2. Pierce®designs, engineers, and manufactures the complete apparatus in its facilities <br /> in Appleton, Wisconsin and Bradenton, Florida. Pierce® is responsible to ensure all <br /> components of the cab, chassis, body, tank, and pumping system integrate flawlessly <br /> at every level of the fire apparatus manufacturing process. Unlike some other <br /> manufacturers who`but-source"their chassis or cabs, Pierce®provides a single point <br /> of responsibility for warranty and liability. <br /> 3. Service after the sale is a prime consideration for evaluating a proposal. Your <br /> apparatus will be serviced by our authorized Pierce® warranty and service center in <br /> Washington, Illinois and Eureka, Missouri. Service at your location is accomplished by <br /> one of our several road service units with EVT certified mechanics. As the largest <br /> dealer in the Midwest, supplies are available through our parts centers or one of our <br /> other maintenance facilities where we maintain over $5,000,000 of parts in stock and <br /> ready for prompt dispatch. <br /> 4. Many other options and features are available. We stand ready to offer pricing and <br /> more information on any option or feature. <br /> 5.
