other public entity may cause the work to be done and will keep an itemized <br /> account of the entire cost thereof, and SiFi shall hold harmless the City,its <br /> officers and employees from any liability, claims or damages which may <br /> arise or be claimed to arise from the moving,cutting,or alteration of any of <br /> SiFi's facilities,or the turning on or off of water,oil,or other liquid,gas,or <br /> electricity. In addition,SiFi agrees to,and shall,reimburse the City for such <br /> cost within forty five (45) days after presentation to SiFi of an itemized <br /> account of such costs. <br /> (vii) Provide response times in connection with repairs to be undertaken by SiFi <br /> and/or contractors retained by SiFi (as opposed to repairs to be undertaken <br /> by the City) and to establish the necessary personnel levels required <br /> dispatch, repair, inventory, maintenance, and service of the System <br /> commencing no earlier than Substantial Completion as follows: <br /> (i) Depending upon the type of fault or the method of identification,the <br /> City shall notify SiFi of a suspected fault and the generation of a service <br /> ticket. The City shall issue to SiFi one of the following service ticket(s),for <br /> which SiFi shall provide the corresponding response time: <br /> (1) Standard Response("STANDARD") <br /> a) Description: Construction in <br /> progress, capital improvement and other such <br /> projects impacting or potentially impacting the SiFi <br /> System and/or may impact the SiFi System,about <br /> which the City is aware of in advance. Examples of <br /> such projects include mill and fill projects, side <br /> relocations,road reclamation projects, and other <br /> similar projects,provided that any such <br /> STANDARD repair is subject to the then current <br /> Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage <br /> Prevention Act(220 ILCS 501), and all other <br /> applicable laws and regulations. <br /> b) SiFi's Contractor's response time: <br /> On-site within thirty(30)business days <br /> (2) Non-life-threatening Emergency Response <br /> ("NON-LTER") <br /> a) Description: Municipal infrastructure <br /> projects,and utility(including telecommunications) <br /> projects requiring relocation,repair,or replacement <br /> that are impacted by the SiFi System and/or may <br /> impact the SiFi System,provided that any such <br /> Page 19 of 33 <br />
