RESOLUTION NO. R2021- I q 4 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE COLLECTIVE <br /> BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br /> PAY AND BENEFITS <br /> DECATUR POLICE BENEVOLENT AND <br /> PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION LABOR COMMITTEE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Collective Bargaining Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the Decatur Police Benevolent and Protective <br /> Association Labor Committee for Police Officers' salaries and benefits effective January 1, 2020 <br /> through December 31, 2023 be, and it is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
