Packard, 3550 E. Chestnut and 1652 N. Water. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 826 E Lawrence, 1062 W. Packard, 3550 E. Chestnut and <br /> 1652 N. Water were put out to bid, along with seven other properties. These properties were the <br /> only demolition bids that crossed the threshold for council approval. The other seven properties <br /> are: 3530 E. Chestnut, $14,400,Hutchins Excavating; 909 N College, $12,500, Parkland <br /> Environmental; 530 W. Marietta, $10,000, Parkland Environmental;408 S. Martin Luther King <br /> Jr. Dr., $16,000, Parkland Environmental; 680 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., $14,700, Parkland <br /> Environmental; 874 W. Packard, $12,000, Parkland Environmental; and 1128 N.
