3. Work with key stakeholders and partnering organizations to identify a pilot training program that <br /> would utilize the process-driven systems approach designed by the work product of this engagement. <br /> This pilot will deploy he innovative and supportive engagement models to build trusted relationships <br /> with targeted populations within the City of Decatur. <br /> Budget and 11mellne <br /> Key Strategic proposes to complete the scope of services as outlined in the RFP in a six month period'. <br /> The scope of services will be completed for a not to exceed fee of$96,825.Barry Maciak, Principal, Key <br /> Strategic will lead and manage the engagement. Erica Henderson, Principal, Innovative Design Edge, LLC <br /> will support the engagement as Senior Consultant and Trenton Ellis will support the engagement as an <br /> Associate Consultant. Resumes are included in Attachment B.The Key Strategic team Includes <br /> professional consultants with deep experience in workforce development,government contracting and <br /> strategic planning. <br /> Key Strategic will be responsible for all ordinary business expenses related to fulfilling the requirements of <br /> this-contract. If expenses related to travel is required and mutually agreed to in advance, Key Strategic <br /> will be invoice to be reimbursed for such expense at cost plus 15%. <br /> The engagement will take six months to complete from the start date.
