Church, <br /> 239 N. East, 1228 E. Leafland and 1768 E. Main. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 1449 N. Church, 239 N. East, 1228 E. Leafland and 1768 E. <br /> Main were put out to bid, along with nine other properties. These properties were the only <br /> demolition bids that crossed the threshold for council approval. The other nine properties are: <br /> 1269 E. Cantrell, Hutchins Excavating($10,700); 605 E. Center, Hutchins Excavating($8,000); <br /> 1915 N. Church, Hutchins Excavating($13,700); 750 W. Macon,Parkland Environmental Group <br /> ($19,500); 820 S. Maffit, Hutchins Excavating($8,200); 1012 S. Maffit, JRH Services ($9,970); <br /> 1861 E. Main,Parkland Environmental Group ($12,500); 1805 N. Maple,Parkland <br /> Environmental Group ($12,500); and 558 S.
