RESOLUTION NO. R2021— }O 4 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BLANK,WESSELINK, COOK& <br /> ASSOCIATES,INC. FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT SERVICES <br /> FOR TRANSIT FACILITIES HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to replace the HVAC equipment in multiple transit facilities <br /> including the transit center,the administration building, and the bus garage; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City finds this proposed professional services agreement with the <br /> original building architects, Blank, Wesselink, Cook&Associates, Inc. in the best interest of the <br /> City to lead the HVAC system replacement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement(s) authorizing professional services for architectural, <br /> engineering and project management services presented to the City Council herewith between <br /> the City of Decatur Illinois, and Blank, Wesselink, Cook&Associates, Inc.,be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
