BACKGROUND: Tree Removal The boulevard trees to be removed by Homer Tree Care,Inc.are large dead and dying trees of various varieties which have been identified as potential hazards. These trees are generally too large or are in difficult locations for City crews to safely remove. See the attached tree list and location maps for further information. Areas 1,3,4,and 5 are within staffs funding approval threshold. Area 2 exceeds staffs funding authority.
