Section D(8)Central Business District Parks Use The use by non-City groups of City-owned parks and open spaces in the Central Business District shall be determined through the use of Administrative Policies and Procedures of the City Manager. The City Manager,in his discretion and in accordance with City ordinances,resolutions and City Council policies, shall be authorized to contract out responsibility for the management of the Transfer House and use of parks located in the Central Business District to the Decatur Area Convention & Visitor's Bureau and other non-profit partner organizations, who shall enforce applicable Administrative Policies and Procedures.
