Aat#a ab o Section D.4 of City Council Policy(Property& Land Use Policies/Purchase of Property) is hereby amended to read as follows: "All purchases of real estate by the City must be approved by the City Council except tracts, lots and parcels with a purchase price of$20,000 or less, which may be approved by the City Manager.The City's Department of Community Development will be chiefly responsible for managing land'acquisition of tracts for the City's Neighborhood Revitalization initiatives." D.4.
