RESOLUTION NO. (- <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> -RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER <br /> FURNISHING WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS—CARBON DIOXIDE <br /> CITY PROJECT—PUR2021-05 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing water treatment chemicals— <br /> Carbon Dioxide, City Project PUR2021-05 with ILMO Product Company in the amount of$115.00 <br /> per ton be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of ILMO Product Company be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
