RESOLUTION NO. ��'O cl I-�3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO AN AGREEMENT <br /> WITH CLARK DIETZ INC., TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES TO THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> CITY PROJECT 2020-13 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Amendment No. 2 presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and <br /> made part of hereof, between Clark Dietz Inc. and the City of Decatur,be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Amendment No. 1 between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Clark Dietz <br /> Inc. for a cost not to exceed $124,971.80. <br /> Section 3.
