RESOLUTION NO. a <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 1 FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CRAWFORD,MURPHY& TILLY, INC. FOR <br /> SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT EAST CLARIFIERS CONVERSION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2016-03 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Amendment No. 1 presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and <br /> made part of hereof,between Crawford, Murphy& Tilly, Inc. and the City of Decatur,be, and <br /> the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Amendment No. 1 between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Crawford, <br /> Murphy&Tilly, Inc. for a cost not to exceed $470,600. <br /> Section 3.
