AMENDMENT TO <br /> DOVE AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL COVID RELIEF FUNDS <br /> This Amendment to the Dove,Inc.Agreement which provides ARP COVID relief funds(this <br /> "Amendment")is entered into as of January ,'2022(the"Effective Date")by and between the City of <br /> Decatur of the State of Illinois("City")and Dove,Inc.,an Illinois nonprofit ("Partner"). City and Partner <br /> may be referred to collectively as the"Parties"and individually as a"Party." <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The Parties have entered into an Agreement to provide for relief funds to be distributed to those <br /> households impacted by COVED for rent,mortgage and utility assistance,dated August 12,2021; <br /> and <br /> B. The Parties desire to amend the Agreement to provide for additional funds among the parties as <br /> set forth herein. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual covenants,representations,and warranties contained <br /> in this Amendment,and other good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are <br /> acknowledged,the Parties intend to be legally bound and agree as follows: <br /> 1. Amendments. As of the Effective Date,the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: <br /> V. The total appropriation shall not exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand($750,000)amended <br /> from previous limit of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand($450,000),for an increase of Three Hundred <br /> Thousand($300,000) <br /> VII.The City agrees to fund the program up to Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand($750,000) <br /> amended from previous limit of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand($450,000),for an increase of Three <br /> Hundred Thousand($300,000) <br /> All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in effect,beyond this amendment increase the <br /> allocation of funds. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Parties have executed this Amendment to be effective as of <br /> the Effective Date. <br /> CITY OF DECATUR: <br /> ��V / /5- 20 22 <br /> Cor&61 Patrick,Directo Date <br /> Economic&Community Development <br /> DO Inc. <br /> Tamara Wilcox,Executive Director Date <br />
