Prairie and 1204 E. Walnut. SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. BACKGROUND: The buildings at 826 E. Main, 1087 E. North, 1125 N. Monroe, 2509 E. Prairie and 1204 E. Walnut were put out to bid, along with five other properties. These are two of five (5) properties that crossed the threshold for council approval. The other five properties are: 965 E. Cleveland, Clancy Coleman Excavating ($18,690); 936 E. Garfield, Hutchins Excavating ($6,000); 1049 W. Green, Hutchins Excavating ($6,500); 1305 E. Leafland, Parkland Environmental ($15,800); and 1402 E. Wood, Parkland Environmental ($13,500).
