Walnut. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the <br /> attached resolution authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said <br /> dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 826 E. Main, 1087 E. North, 1125 N. Monroe, <br /> 2509 E. Prairie and 1204 E. Walnut were put out to bid, along with five other <br /> properties. These are two of five (5) properties that crossed the threshold for <br /> council approval. The other five properties are: 965 E. Cleveland, Clancy <br /> Coleman Excavating ($18,690); 936 E. Garfield, Hutchins Excavating ($6,000); <br /> 1049 W. Green, Hutchins Excavating ($6,500); 1305 E. Leafland, Parkland <br /> Environmental ($15,800); and 1402 E.
