SCHEDULE: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION: Design work will begin upon <br /> approval of the agreement by the City Council. The design is to be completed by March 2023 for bid. Bridge replacement is <br /> expected to begin spring of 2023. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> The proposed engineering services agreement with WHKS is for$221,181.
