Ordinance annexing commercial properties. <br /> 2. Ordinance annexing undeveloped properties. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The subject properties were purchased for the construction of the railroad grade separation project <br /> planned for Brush College Road at Faries Parkway. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, Public Works Director and Tara Bachstein, Public Works <br /> Administrative Assistant.
