Macon. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the <br /> attached resolution authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said <br /> dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 1566 N. Church and 305 W. Macon were put <br /> out to bid, along with four other properties. These are the two properties that <br /> crossed the threshold for council approval. The other four properties are: 1187 W. <br /> Green (Hutchins Excavating, $11,900), 1220 E. Leafland ($10,800, Parkland <br /> Environmental), 652 W.
