Agreement No 21-203195 EXHIBIT F PERFORMANCE STANDARDS The Grantor reserves the right to deny any voucher request(s)at its discretion,based on lack of progress toward meeting completion goals. If the Grantee fails to meet any of the performance measures/goals,and if deemed appropriate at the discretion of the Grantor,the Grant Funds may be decreased by an amount proportionate to the size of the shortfall,and/or the Grantee may be responsible for the return of the Grant Funds in the amount specified by the Grantor. Grantor may initiate a grant modification(s)to de-obligate Grant Funds based on non- performance. The Grantee will submit grant modification requests as necessary in a timely manner,including a request to de-obligate Grant Funds in an amount that the Grantee determines will be unspent by the end of the Grant Agreement Term.
