This map is required by Illinois compiled <br /> Statutes Illinois Municipal Code(65 ILCS 5/11-13-19). <br /> BACKGROUND: The annually updated zoning map reflects all zoning and boundary changes <br /> approved as of December 31,2021. A paper copy will be available prior to the meeting for your <br /> review or you may request a copy from the City Clerk. The digital file for the zoning map is very <br /> large and can be accessed at: <br /> hgps://decaturil.goy/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/2021-Annual-Zoning Map.pdf <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: N/A <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: N/A <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Greg Crowe at 424-2786 <br /> or gcrowe@decaturil.gov. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: State Statutes require the said map to be published no later <br /> than March 31. <br />
