Book. 4442 Pap-=: 196. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of June 4,2015 continued: <br /> i <br /> Chairman Livingston asked if it would be Circuit Court or Administrative Court. Mr. John <br /> Robinson said the practice has been to take the violators to Circuit Court. <br /> Mr. Tyus said City staff is getting ready to undertake a full scale review of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. This will be a very public process that will include City staff along with the <br /> Chamber of Commerce. <br /> Mr. Matt Dial asked for clarification of the amendment concerning the fence. Mr. Tyus stated <br /> there is already a requirement that a slatted site break fence is to be built. The amendment will <br /> state that if aproject site is more than 300 hundred feet from any property that is non-industrial a <br /> fence will still be required but not a site break fence. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Sotiroff/Harris) to forward Calendar No. 15-19 to the City Council <br /> with a recommendation for approval.
