MEMORANDUM OF OPTION TO PURCHASE, <br /> THIS MEMORANDUM WITNESSETH that Flora Bank &Trust, a Banking <br /> Corporation, of Flora, Clay County, Illinois, as Trustee under a Trust Agreement dated <br /> December 12, 1985, Known as Trust Number 105 as SELLERS and THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS, an Illinois municipal corporation, as BUYER, have entered into <br /> an Option for the sale and purchase of the following described premises situated in <br /> Macon County, Illinois, to-wit: <br /> Lot Four(4) in Block Two (2) of William Martin's 2nd Addition of Out Lots to <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 17, Page 364 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois.("Premises"), <br /> Commonly known as 805 E Johns Avenue, Decatur, IL. Said Option is dated <br /> day of , 2022, for a term from said date and terminating April <br /> 15, 2022 and has been signed by the Parties. Buyer shall have the right to purchase <br /> said premises during the said term under the provisions of the Option.
