Citv fiber to VA I WAT: Provide and install 2"duct. Provide and install fiber marker posts. Provide and install(4j 24"x 24"quazitc. Provide and install 144 fibers to quazitc at VA ICAT entrance drive north side. Fusion splice a new 144 strand fiber into the existing 144 strand at the quazitc on the south side of Rotary Drive.outside the 911 Center.The number of stands to be fusion splice to be determined_ City of Decatur to specify which existing fibers to splice onto prior to splice work being perforated_ Utilize the existing splicc enclosure in the quazitc outside of the 911 Center.Provide new Splice Trans to splice the fiber- Provide and install an Outdoor Rated Splice Enclosure and Splice Tray to dead end the fiber at the ]CAT campus right-of-way quazitc location. The new 144 strand fiber will be ran from the existing qtu Ate to a new quazitc at the right-of-way by the n,-%%ICAT Campus farther south.This fiber will he installed by Bodine Traffic. Provide OTDR testing of the new fiber to ensure the integrity and functionality of the fibers after installation. i Provide all necessary equipment to install and splice the above materials. Our Price:$111.800.00 Dollars. Costs for premium wages are not included in this proposal.Our standard working hours are 7:OOAM- 3:30PM.Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Use of this quotation is based upon the understanding that Bodine Electric Tmttic Division of Decatur has necessarily assumed certain conditions in order to arrive at its best estimate for doing the work. In the event that actual conditions significantly vary from our assumptions.then a fair adjustment to the price is expected.These include: Physical conditions significantly different front what could be determined from a reasonable inspection of the worksite and:or information supplied by customer.
