Shaner's Towing has two locations in one Decatur IL and the other <br /> in Springfield IL. <br /> 2. Shaner's Towing Decatur needs the Auto Recycling Center to safely <br /> and economically dispose of all vehicles that have not been <br /> reclaimed by vehicles owner. This will insure Shaner's Towing can <br /> have adequate space to function and so there will be no <br /> accumulation of vehicles that will create an "eye sore" in the City of <br /> Decatur. <br /> 3. The implementation of an Auto Recycling Center will align the <br /> Decatur operation with the Springfield operation. <br /> Shaner's Towing Decatur will NOT be a Public Retail Scrap/Junk Yard but <br /> an Auto Recycling Center. <br />
