RESOLUTION NO. Rjaa.-�"1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORING AGREEMENT WITH ITRON INC. TO <br /> COMPLETE THE VERSION 5.5 SOFTWARE UPGRADE FOR THE <br /> AUTOMATIC METER READING SYSTEM <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the upgrade for the Automatic Meter Reading <br /> Software, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Itron, Inc., be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
