SALE and TRANSFER RESTRICTION. Buyer agrees that neither he,his successors <br /> or assigns will convey ownership to the properties subject to this Agreement to any party that is not an <br /> active regular or lifetime member of South Side Country Club so long as South Side Country Club <br /> exists and that all parties who are conveyed ownership of said properties must remain active regular or <br /> lifetime members of South Side Coutnry Club for the duration of their ownership of the subject <br /> properties. <br /> 3. EASEMENT. Buyer grants a permanent ten (10) foot-wide private easement for ingress <br /> and egress for the benefit of the Seller. The Easement shall be for the south ten(10)feet of the property <br /> identified herein and shall extend to the western boundary of Seller's adjacent property. <br /> 4. DATE OF CONTRACT. The date of this contract is the latest date of signing by all <br /> parties. <br /> THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
