LiveStories Subscription Agreement <br /> FORWARD Navigator Program Details: <br /> Program goal: <br /> Provide outreach and marketing services related to assistance programs <br /> Conduct marketing activities to raise awareness about assistance programs <br /> Answer questions from the community <br /> Online Portal <br /> • LiveStories will build and host a branded online portal for the City of Decatur- Includes logo, <br /> photograph, text. <br /> • Build and host a public facing branded "Resource page"-this webpage will include all <br /> federal, state, and local resources in FORWARD. <br /> o Search and filtering capabilities for enhanced user experience <br /> o Businesses will be required to login or register to see more information or to apply to the <br /> resource. <br /> • Provide free access to all businesses, households, and individuals <br /> • Secure online registration for every business, household, and individuals <br /> • Programs supported: Federal, State, and Local as identified by the customer and <br /> LiveStories <br /> • Enable eligibility match between applicants and resources based on <br /> business/household/individual profile <br /> • Maintain an up-to-date resource catalog- LiveStorieswill consistently research and <br /> include federal, state, and localresources. <br /> • Provide access to pre-built reports <br /> • Offer multilingual support - provide portal content in multiple languages <br /> Call Center <br /> • Offer multilingual call center support to applicants —voice, email, and chat <br /> • Extended call center hours 8 AM - 5 PM weekdays hours <br /> • Assist with application & program support <br /> Marketing& Communication Services <br /> • Press release around new programs (federal, state, local) <br /> • Monthly personalized email to businesses and households <br /> • Push text message notifications about upcoming deadlines <br /> • Pitch articles to Herald & Review & WAND TV <br /> • Generate weekly social media content(Facebook, witter, NextDoor) <br />
