<br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Execution of Agreements for Demolition of vacant
<br /> building with Parkland Environmental for 1533 N Warren.
<br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution
<br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings.
<br /> BACKGROUND: The building at 1533 N Warren was put out to bid, along with fifteen other
<br /> properties. This property was the only demolition bid that crossed the threshold for council
<br /> approval. The other fifteen properties are: 445 N 35ffi St, $11,600.00, Hutchins Excavating;
<br /> 1060 N Calhoun, $12,950.00,JRH Services; 1682 W Center, $8,650.00,JRH Services; 1068 W
<br /> Cerro Gordo, $11,500.00, Hutchins Excavating; 1320 E Dickinson Ave, $11,750.00,JRH
<br /> Services; 855 N Edward, $11,875.00,JRH Services; 551 Gault, $10,220.00, Clancy Coleman
<br /> Excavating; 411 W Leafland, $15,873.00,Parkland Environmental; 749 E Lincoln, $8,200.00,
<br /> Hutchins Excavating; 1465 E Main, $8,975.00,Hutchins Excavating; 1579 N Morgan,
