Wf 31 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 34- <br /> -TRAFFIC AND PARKING— <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by deleting Section 71 and renumbering Sections 72 <br /> through 76, so that Sections 71 through 75 as so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 71. REGISTERED OWNER. The fact that an automobile which is illegally parked in <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter is registered in the name of a person shall make <br /> that person prima facie responsible for such violation and subject to the penalty therefore. <br /> 72. SETTLEMENT OF FINES. <br /> A.
