ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> DATE: July 18, 2022 <br /> TO: Mayor Julie Moore Wolfe and City Council Members <br /> FROM: Cordaryl "Pat'Patrick, Director of Economic and Community Development <br /> Scot Wrighton, City Manager <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing Agreement with Wiley Interiors <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council approve the resolution with <br /> Wiley Interiors to provide new office and reconfiguration of existing workstations in the <br /> economic and community development department. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Economic and Community Development Department added three new <br /> staff positions, in addition to, two new American Rescue Plan positions this year in order to <br /> provide a high level of outcomes relative to neighborhood revitalization. However, the <br /> department does not have enough workstations to accommodate the current staffing levels. Staff <br /> is recommending approval of new office and reconfiguration of existing workstations per the <br /> attached drawings. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, agreement and reconfiguration drawing. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: Staff is not aware of objections. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Should the City Council have any questions, they may contact <br /> Cordaryl M.
